Masirah International Technical and Marine Services L.L.C is a registered company based in the Sultanate of Oman serving clients in the marine industry in Oman and elsewhere in the Middle East.

The partnership was originally formed in October 2000 by Sultan Mohamed Al Humeidi and Jonathan C Turner.

At the end of 2008 a partnership agreement was signed with Sarooj Construction Company L.L.C much increasing our capacity to bid and compete for larger turn-key projects.

2013 heralded more change within the structure of the Company with Sultan Mohammed retiring from his position as Chairman and his shares transferring to Sarooj Construction Company L.L.C.

In partnership with Sarooj Construction Company L.L.C, Masirah International Technical and Marine Services LLC continued to grow from strength to strength continually increasing and improving our capabilities.

The shareholding of Sarooj Construction was transferred in 2020 to the current shareholders – all of whom have considerable experience in the industry and region. Our close connection to Sarooj Construction remains as strong as ever providing support and allowing participation in an ever growing market.
