Masirah International Technical and Marine Services L.L.C is committed to providing and maintaining a safe work environment and to preserving the pristine environment in which we have the privilege to operate.

We achieve this goal by providing and implementing a system of policies, procedures and practices that meet industry standards and encourage continuous improvement of all aspects of HSE.

The Management of Masirah International is responsible for delivering and maintaining a safe work environment for all employees and sub-contractors and ensuring that all employees and sub-contractors are aware of the company policies and procedures.

It is the responsibility of all employees and sub-contractors to follow the guidelines set out in the company HSE policies and procedures to ensure the safety of themselves and fellow personnel.

Working together will allow us to achieve safety excellence.

In summary:

  1. All Masirah International equipment and Plant meets recognized Industry Standards.
  2. All personnel are fully trained to carry out the tasks they are employed to do.
  3. All activities undertaken by Masirah International including Marine Plant Operation, Diving and Marine Construction meet the latest Industry Standards as well as those of our Clients.
  4. Tool Box Talks and “on job” trainings are arranged for the employees in order to improve the quality of the work and to keep our employees focused on the latest work practices.
  5. Our Code of Practice applies to both Masirah International Staff and any persons who are visiting or sub-contracted to Masirah International.
Corporate Responsibility

Masirah International cares about the impact we make on society, the environment and the economy. Our Corporate Responsibility activities not only reflect well on the stakeholders they also add value to the organization itself, and ensure it operates in a sustainable way.

  • Sponsorship of local organizations such as Outward Bound and Scouting who provide fantastic opportunities within the community.
  • Participation and sponsorship of environmental clean-up operations.
  • Assistance in terms of resources and expertise during marine emergencies.
